Abstract : Low frequency wireless technologies is an unexplored domain, offering excellent scope in drones and automobiles. Applications including wireless charging, navigation are operating in the standard ISM band. Antenna load factor is the main concern at low frequencies. A FR4 microstrip patch at 500MHz targeted towards the aforementioned scenarios is presented. The S 11 obtained in simulation and measured on the fabricated prototype exhibit -22dB around 500MHz. For rectification process, bridge rectifier circuit is designed at 500MHz frequency using FR4 substrate. Simulated result gives S 11 of nearly -20 dB at 500MHz with V out of approximately 1.1 V 0 .
