Abstract : In this paper, we are considering population of vertices and edges have a relationship in the form of Hamiltonian Circuit. The population is assumed large therefore the parameter estimation needs sample data. The sample based estimation methodologies are used to estimate the population mean edge-length between any two vertices of a Hamiltonian Circuit. There are three possible strategies used as AVG, MIN and MAX. The optimality of these is obtained and compared using the simulation technique of confidence interval.
