Abstract : The study exhibits and establishes the link between Personality and Learning to help trainers improve their training effectiveness by comparing the personality types of trainees using Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (MBTI) with Felder and Silverman's Index of Learning Styles (ILS); Goley's Learning Pattern (LP) assessment and Kiersey Temperament sorter (temperament) are used as a follow-up. Results obtained did indicate a relation between personality and learning.
