Abstract : The world which we live consist of enormous amount of data by virtue of digitalization. These data are used for prediction and classification that finds applications in several fields. The field of healthcare too churns a large amount of data such as onset time of disease, causative factor, diagnostic indicators, etc. In this research work, we have considered a disease condition called Sepsis. The clinical data related to Sepsis is used to build models that could be able to predict the disease. The process flow includes visualization, cleansing, and model building to identify the onset of Sepsis conditions.
