Abstract : Hamartoma is a benign lung tumor. Parenchymal hamartomas are usually asymptomatic, but endobronchial hamartoma can present with features of obstruction. Here, we present a case of a young man who presented with nonresolving pneumonia. His bronchoscopy showed an endobronchial hamartoma.
