Influence of particle irradiation on photo-absorption and charge separation kinetics in Organic Solar Cells

The major issues associated with Organic Photovoltaic (OPV) cells are photo absorption, charge separation and carrier transport. We trying to address the limitations associated with photo absorption, through the techniques, such as introduction of plasmonic layer and patterned surfaces. We are also modifying the microstructure of the active layer to understand its influence on the charge separation and carrier transport dynamics in these systems.
