At Department of Mass Communication, we educate students in the orthodox traditions to become comprehensive, intellectual, ethical and creative practitioners and leaders in the professions and industries of journalism and mass communication.

  • Dr. Balasubramanian A. chaired a session and was reviewer in the International Conference on Communication and Media 2014, organized by Universiti Utara Malaysia at Holiday Villa Beach Resort and Spa, Langkawi from October 18-20, 2014. He also presented a paper titled Health Awareness and Youth: A Study on the Impact of Visual and Caption on the Cigarette Packets on Youth.
  • Dr. A. Balasubramanian as Reviewer in ICDIPC2014, The Fourth International Conference on Digital Information Processing and Communications, Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Dr. A. Balasubramanian in Editorial Board Member of Blue Ocean Research Journal, an online, internationally peer reviewed, open access academic journal.
  • Dr. Kalyani Suresh has been choosen as the Best Professor Teaching Advertising Management by the National B-School Awards 2013.
  • Dr. Kalyani Suresh became Member of PhD Intake Approval Committee, appointed by Bharatiyar University, 2012.
