The Amritapuri campus of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will soon launch a Technology Enabling Center (TEC) supported by the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology (DST). The first Programme Advisory Group (PAG) meeting was held at Amritapuri campus on September 21, 2019.

Honorable Governor of Jharkhand, Smt. Draupadi Murmu, visited Amrita Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) special projects hub center in Jonha, Ranchi, Jharkhand on September 14, 2019. She took a keen interest in visiting Amrita’s AMMACHI Labs Skill Development Center when she heard about it during her visit to Women Empowerment event organized by the Sevabharathi campus.
