In vitro assay of theranostic agents and their targeted delivery

This work is in collaboration with Dr. Sankarprasad Bhuniya, Amrita Center for Industrial Research and Innovation (ACIRI), Amrita University, Coimbatore. His lab synthesizes synthetic derivatives with therapeutic as well as diagnostic abilities. These are then tested to check their targeted delivery in cancer cells. Also organelle specific reactive fluorescent probes for chemoselective bioimaging are screened on different cancer cells and normal cells.
