Abstract : This paper presents, a sensor limiting strategy for current measurement being recently recommended to interleaved boost inverter-based battery-super capacitor for HESS is introduced. Most recent switching pattern, MOSFETs as well as outer body diodes by exceptionally speedy inversion improvement property were utilized, whereas there no probability of conducting current through body diodes. Due to this operating together with switching losses are minimized and working of diode is additionally improved. Its reliability is also improved due to no-peak over complication. To improve the overall efficiency, a newly suggested switching pattern is also presented. For every buck-boost inverter work during half cycle under high frequency, a switching pattern for power MOSFETs is recommended. On account of this operating together with switching losses are minimized and hence improvement in the overall efficiency.
