Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Head & Vice-Chairman – IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Coimbatore campus, inaugurated an Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) Seminar sponsored by Indian Council for Philosophical Research (ICPR) held at Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts & Science (Autonomous), Coimbatore on 11 July 2025. The seminar attracted over 150 participants. Dr. I. Parvin Banu, IQAC Coordinator and HOD-International Business Department of the college, presided over the seminar. Dr. Prashant showcased best practices of AMRITA, such as compassion-driven research and mandatory courses offered by Amrita Darshanam, international center for spiritual studies, for UG students of the university, such as Foundations of Indian Heritage, Glimpses of Glorious India, Leadership Lessons from Ramayana, and Strategic Lessons from Mahabharata, in his inaugural address.
