Bio

Dr. Sachin Manocha serves as the Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacology at the School of Medicine, Faridabad.

Dr. Sachin Manocha completed his MBBS from Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) and obtained his M.D. in Pharmacology from PGIMS, Madras University. He has over 18 years of experience in teaching and training at reputed medical institutions such as VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital and SMSR (Sharda University), among others.

He is a Life Member of several professional bodies, including the Indian Pharmacological Society (IPS), APPI, the Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences (Canada), and the Drug Information Association (USA).

Dr. Manocha has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students across various modules of Pharmacology and Clinical Research. He has extensive experience in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning styles and aimed at maximizing student comprehension. He has co-supervised multiple research projects and contributed to animal ethics oversight, project management, and project execution.

He has been associated with Phase 3 and Phase 4 clinical trials and regulatory affairs during his tenure at Ranbaxy. He has numerous publications to his credit and has presented several papers at national and international conferences.

Additionally, he serves as Member Secretary and External Member of the Institutional Ethics Committees at the National Institute of Pathology (ICMR), VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad, Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, and NIIMS (Noida International University). He is also a Basic Medical Scientist at ASM, Amrita Hospital, Faridabad.

Dr. Manocha has been invited as an External Examiner by several prestigious institutions, including MAMC (New Delhi), UCMS (New Delhi), LHMC (New Delhi), DIPSAR University, SGRD University, Punjab University, ABV University, Sharda University, and NIIMS (NIU).

He has also been invited as a speaker at national and international conferences and has conducted multiple undergraduate and postgraduate workshops in various medical colleges.
