Dr. Ravi Varma, distinguished academician and clinician, completed his BDS (1971) and MDS – Conservative dentistry and Endodontics (1988) from Kerala University. Dr. Varma served as

  • Deputy Director, Dental -Kerala Health Services (1997-1999)
  • Professor & HOD – Yenapoya dental college, Mangalore (1999-2009)
  • Principal – Jaipur dental college (2010-2012)
  • Dean, Post graduate studies – Royal Dental college, Chalisery (2013-2015)
  • Professor Emeritus – Amrita School of Dentistry (2015- present)

Dr’s scholarly work includes numerous publications in reputed national & international journals, and have guided several postgraduate students.
