Bio

Dr. Soumya Saroj joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, Amrita School of Pharmacy, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi, India, in April 2026. She obtained her masters in Pharmaceutics from Amrita School of Pharmacy, Kochi in 2012 and completed her PhD from Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), Chennai, Tamil Nadu, supported by the DST-INSPIRE Fellowship, in 2023. Dr Soumya has worked as Senior Apprentice at Formulation R&D of Sanofi Syntholabo Ltd, Goa from November 2012 to November 2013. Dr Soumya has also worked in Formulation R&D, NDDS department of Jodas Expoim Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad from July 2023 to Aug 2025.
