Job Description	Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while handling disciplinary procedures when required. Collaborate with management to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities	Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction of new employees. Build and maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Support performance management processes, including KPI setting, appraisals, feedback collection, and review coordination. Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs, workshops, and skill enhancement initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance	Process monthly payroll accurately by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and final settlements. Generate payslips, payroll reports, and coordinate salary disbursement with finance and accounts teams. Handle payroll-related employee queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality of payroll data. Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable filings and deductions. Prepare compliance reports, maintain statutory records, and support internal and external payroll audits.
