Abstract : We investigate the global existence, continuous dependence and exponential
 stability for mild solutions of a class of delay partial
 integro-differential equation with random impulsive moments. The results are
 obtained by using the Leray-Schauder alternative fixed point theory and
 Banach contraction principle.
