Abstract : In this paper, an antenna is designed to monitor neck posture and detect cervical spondylosis, helping address spine issues caused by the prolonged use of electronic devices. Operating at 2.4 GHz, the antenna's resonance frequency changes as it bends, which means that the wireless neck movement can be tracked. The sensor improves the gain on radiation while decreasing exposure with its proximity to the body. Simulations also reveal that it even reverses the bending under the same performance. The S11 parameter analysis showed a significant frequency shift of 77.5 MHz, whenever there is a deterioration in the C5-C6 and C6-C7 region. It is hence evident that the technology makes cervical spine health monitoring a viable possibility within the digital realm.
