Job Title STEM Project Manager (PM)

2. Key Responsibilities


Programme Strategy & Design



  • Strengthen programme design, learning, engagement and skill acquisition.

  • Embed competitions, presentations and hackathons; promote 2nd Foundation offerings to private schools.


School Deployment & Coordination



  • Convert deployment plans into school-ready timetables and session schedules with the content team.

  • Coordinate with principals on calendars, approvals, facilities, internet, STEM Kits and logistics.

  • Serve as primary school contact; track progress and flag risks or delays.


Teacher/Trainer Readiness



  • Organise teacher/STEM Trainer training and ensure delivery readiness.

  • Provide facilitator guides, refresher training and timely issue resolution.


STEM Kit & Delivery Management



  • Track STEM Kit stock and ensure infrastructure readiness before programme start.

  • Monitor delivery and provide progress dashboards to the Dean and AMMACHI Labs administration.

  • Manage rescheduling due to disruptions and resolve/escalate issues promptly.


Project Management



  • Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality standards.

  • Build an effective team and provide regular updates.


Key Skills


Strong planning, scheduling, communication, training and stakeholder-management skills; practical problem-solving; ability to work independently across multiple schools/geographies; familiarity with STEM Kits and basic troubleshooting.


Key Working Relationships


Dean & AMMACHI Labs administration; School Principals; Teachers/STEM Trainers; Content/Technical teams.


Success Measures



  • Teachers/trainers trained before programme launch, with refreshers as required.

  • Clear session mapping and consistent delivery across schools.

  • Sessions delivered on schedule, with disruptions rescheduled within the academic-year buffer.

  • STEM Kit/infrastructure readiness and accurate stock records maintained.
