Qualification Master’s degree required - a degree/diploma in engineering education, project management, or a related field is preferred.
Job description The role prioritises partnerships, scaling skill implementation, business development, operational excellence and product positioning.
Responsibilities

  • Partnerships and External Engagement Build relationships with industry, government, academic institutions, employers and funders. Represent the lab at meetings, events and consultations; track partner engagements. Identify partners for simulator requirements, placements, CSR support and co-development. Align lab programmes with industry skilling needs.

  • Scaling Skill Implementation Lead rollout plans for school and skill-centre programmes, covering site readiness, timelines, coordination and delivery. Develop implementation playbooks, onboarding kits and training for local teams. Monitor implementation quality, utilisation and outcomes.

  • Proposals and Business Development Lead proposal development, including scoping, costing, partner inputs and submissions. Maintain proposal repositories and templates for government, CSR and institutional funding. Follow up proposals through MoUs, work orders and agreements.

  • Operational Systems and Excellence Develop SOPs for project delivery, procurement, vendors, reporting and reviews. Establish dashboards and MIS to track progress, budgets, deliverables and risks. Ensure contracts, compliance and project documentation are maintained.

  • Product Positioning and Marketing Support Coordinate with design, video and instructional teams on brochures, demos and case studies. Coordinate participation in exhibitions, demonstrations and conferences. Share industry and user feedback with product teams.
