Amrita School of Business, Amritapuri, in association with the All India Management Association (AIMA), invites students to participate in the 20th Student Management Quiz (SMQ 2026–27) – an exciting opportunity to challenge their business knowledge, compete with fellow management enthusiasts and win exciting prizes.

The AIMA Student Management Quiz (SMQ) is a national-level business and management knowledge competition designed to assess students’ understanding of diverse business disciplines and their awareness of the evolving business environment.
The quiz features an engaging blend of multiple-choice and true-or-false questions covering business fundamentals, marketing, management, human resources, finance, current affairs and general knowledge. It offers students an opportunity to sharpen analytical thinking, test their knowledge through real-world business scenarios and compete with peers from different institutions. Questions will draw from brands and business, marketing and advertising, management theories, human resources, and current affairs and general knowledge.

Participating in the AIMA Student Management Quiz gives students the opportunity to test their knowledge across a wide range of business and management subjects while being part of a national-level competition. It helps participants gain insights into contemporary business practices, industry trends and management concepts, while also showcasing teamwork, analytical thinking and quick decision-making. Teams will also compete for trophies, medals, certificates and gift hampers, making the event both a valuable learning experience and an exciting competitive platform.
The competition is open to students interested in learning more about the business world and testing their knowledge across various management disciplines.
The event will include a preliminary round, followed by qualifier, semi-final and final rounds. The regional round forms part of AIMA’s wider national-level competition. Further details on progression to subsequent stages will be communicated in accordance with AIMA’s selection criteria.
