Research Areas: Hydrogen Storage Materials and Technologies, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Shielding Materials, Advanced Magnetic Materials

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Lead and execute independent and collaborative research activities in the identified research areas.


• Design, synthesize, fabricate, and characterize advanced functional materials.


• Conduct experimental investigations and/or computational modelling relevant to the research objectives.


• Utilize advanced materials characterization techniques and interpret experimental results.


• Develop innovative materials and prototypes with potential industrial and societal applications.


• Publish high-quality research articles in reputed SCI/SCIE-indexed international journals.


• Identify research gaps and develop competitive research proposals for national and international funding agencies.


• Establish research collaborations with academic institutions, industries, and research laboratories.


• Mentor PhD scholars, postgraduate students, and undergraduate research teams.


• Contribute to intellectual property generation, technology development, and technology transfer
