In recent days, healthcare sectors are highly focussing on developing Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) models to assist doctors in medical image analysis. Recent developments in AI based algorithms along with the visualization framework aids the rapid growth in the research area: “AI based Biomedical Data Analysis”. In this area of research, Center for Computational Engineering and Networking (CEN) at Coimbatore campus published around significant number of Q1 and Q2 journal publications which include IEEE Transactions, Healthcare Technology letters, etc., in the recent years. The center has active international collaboration in this area of research.
