About the Project

Development of fast, rapid and cost-effective method for the determination of biologically important molecules has been attracted considerable attention in many areas such as clinical, diagnostic, biochemical and food industries. Nowadays, the main problem faced by Human health is food safety and environmental issues. Food borne diseases negatively impact the economy, trade and industries of affected countries. Early and accurate detection of food safety is very important in preventing, controlling and mitigating the impact of potential outbreaks. The inadequacy of much of the testing and the evidence for carcinogenicity, genotoxicity and hypersensitivity, couples with the fact that dyes do not improve the safety or nutritional quality of foods. Electrochemical method plays a key role on quality control in food processing, improving product quality and safety. Because of the more advantageous nature of electrochemical method, we would like to proceed using it. This method is green, fast analysis, less expensive, increasingly precise, selective, specific and highly sensitive.
