Industry partners are encouraged to support academic growth through:

  • Establishment of research facilities
  • Sponsorship of funded research projects – Research Collaboration with LRDE (Electronics Research & Development Establishment)

AIP has established notable MoUs with leading organizations such as Mosil Lubricants, Continental Automotive, Lalithaa Jewellery, the Indian Navy, and Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, strengthening academia–industry collaboration.

In today’s dynamic world, life skills are essential for navigating personal and professional challenges. The CIR department equips students with these competencies through student-centric and activity-based training in verbal communication, soft skills, and quantitative aptitude.

These courses are integrated into the curriculum, spanning four semesters for undergraduate programs and two for postgraduate programs. Designed and delivered by experienced in-house faculty, the curriculum and workbooks are regularly updated to reflect evolving industry expectations.

CIR organizes and facilitates industry-oriented certification programs in collaboration with reputed external partners, including AI Bootcamps conducted with IBM SkillsBuild and NASSCOM Foundation, as well as programs offered through Infosys Springboard, to enhance students’ industry readiness.

For students aspiring to pursue higher education, CIR provides structured training for competitive examinations such as CAT (in association with 2IIM), IELTS and GRE (through partners like IDP, Learner Cortex Magoosh), as well as GATE (in collaboration with ACE Engineering Academy), delivered in partnership with established external training providers.

To bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, CIR conducts intensive training programs tailored for final-year B.Tech students. Designed by experienced faculty, these programs focus on strengthening core technical competencies, including coding, problem-solving, and data structures and algorithms. Mock interviews and simulated recruitment processes ensure students are well-prepared for real-world selection rounds.

Equal emphasis is placed on aptitude, communication, and professional grooming, enabling students to present themselves with confidence and clarity. This comprehensive approach ensures strong placement readiness and successful career outcomes.
