The Energy Technology Lab at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham focuses on advancing research and innovation in emerging energy technologies and sustainable materials. The lab undertakes interdisciplinary research in areas including electrochemical energy storage, photovoltaics, hydrovoltaics, solar thermal evaporation, bioenergy, and energy-related sensors.

The lab is equipped with advanced research facilities, including Keithley Sourcemeter, ZIVE Wonatech Electrochemical Workstation, Solar Simulator, Keysight systems, photoluminescence instrumentation, hot air ovens, and temperature-controlled centrifuge systems. These facilities support the development, characterization, and testing of next-generation energy materials and devices.
