Aptitude

Equations – Linear and Quadratic Equations, Geometry – 2D, 3D, Coordinate Geometry, and Heights & Distance, Permutations & Combinations – Linear & Circular Arrangements, and Derangements, Probability – Addition & Multiplication Theorems, and Conditional Probability, Statistics – Mean, Median, Mode, Standard Deviation and Standard Deviation, Data Sufficiency, Campus Recruitment Papers, Puzzles – Logical Puzzles, Deduction Puzzles, Calculation Puzzles, and Other Interview Puzzles, Time Management Strategies.

Verbal Skills 

Vocabulary: Create an awareness of using refined language through idioms, phrasal verbs, and one-word substitution.  

Grammar (Advanced Level): Enable students to master the strategies involved in solving grammar questions and improve sentences through a clear understanding of the rules of grammar.  

Reasoning Skills: Facilitate students to tap their reasoning skills through understanding critical reasoning arguments and solving questions.  

Public Speaking Skills: Empower students to overcome glossophobia and speak effectively and confidently before an audience. Enable learners to develop compelling 60-second narratives from their experiences and achievements and transform conventional reports into meaningful narratives that enhance professional communication and personal branding. 

Writing Skills: Practice closet tests that assess basic knowledge and skills in writing such as punctuation, basic grammar and usage, sentence structure and rhetorical skills such as writing strategy, organization, and style.  

Pre-requisite:

SOFT SKILLS – The intelligence to crack the interview process and along with insights for creating impressive resume enhancing their uniqueness.

VERBAL – Demonstrate basic English skills and simple reasoning. 

APTITUDE – Basic knowledge in arithmetic and algebra.

Course Objective:

SOFT SKILLS

1. To equip students with the ability to lead and contribute to high-performing teams by mastering group discussion strategies, conflict resolution, and corporate etiquette.

2. To cultivate a high-performance professional persona by integrating strategic self-marketing, and sophisticated interpersonal dynamics to successfully navigate and lead in the modern industry ecosystem.

VERBAL – To help students develop verbal reasoning and persuasive communication.

APTITUDE – Assist them in improving their problem -solving and reasoning skills

Course Outcomes 

CO1: Soft Skills – To develop a professional presence that harmonizes individual conduct with collective coordination, ensuring students can lead high-performing teams while upholding the highest standards of organization decorum.

CO2: Soft Skills – The students will have the ability to analyze every question asked by the interviewer, compose correct responses and respond in the right manner to justify and convince the interviewer of one’s right candidature through displaying etiquette, positive attitude and courteous communication.

CO3 – Aptitude: To interpret, critically analyze and solve questions in geometry, probability, permutations & combinations, and statistics by employing the most suitable methods.

CO4 – Aptitude: To analyze, understand and apply suitable methods to solve questions in logical reasoning and data analysis.

CO5: Verbal – To demonstrate accuracy and clarity in verbal expression by identifying errors and constructing well-formed sentences.

CO6: Verbal – To analyze and structure verbal information logically to solve reasoning tasks and communicate persuasively.
