  • Preparation of blood agar and demonstration of hemolysis.
  • Acid fast staining.
  •  Isolation and identification of unknown bacteria from pure culture.
  • Isolation and identification of unknown bacteria from mixed cultures.
  •  Antibiotic sensitivity tests.
  • Assessment of minimum inhibitory concentration of a drug.
  •  Demonstration of WIDAL.
