Many of our students who completed the three year degree programme have got admission for Post-graduate studies at various prestigious institutions in India including English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), Hyderabad, Pondicherry University, Central University of Tamil Nadu etc.
- Rohan Manoj (2012-2015 batch) who graduated in English Language and Literature got admission for Linguistics at University of York, England. He has published an article titled “High, There, On the Hare-Heeled Winds”: Demonstrating the Influence of Hopkins in the Selected Works of Dylan Thomas in The Criterion: An International Journal in English.
- Sree Reshmi R (2012-2017 batch) of final year Int. MA qualified the UGC-NET for eligibility for lectureship and research.
- The following students of Department of English, Amritapuri campus won the first prize in mime on April 22, 2017 at the National Level Cultural Competitions, DHWANI’17 held by CET Trivandrum. They have also secured a direct entry into the competitions to be held at Indywood Film Carnival – World’s ultimate film carnival at Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. They also won the second prize in mime on March 25, 2017 at the National Competitions, Ragam held by NIT Calicut.
