The workshop is designed to provide a basic understanding of technical aspects covering conventional karyotyping of prenatal samples, peripheral blood and bone marrow, methods, and principles in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) in hematological malignancies and solid tumors, and microarray genomic profiling. There will also be discussions on Quality assurance for cytogenomic analysis and ISCN nomenclature.
