Online MDP – Introduction to HR Analytics

The Department of Management, Kochi is organizing an online MDP ‘Introduction to HR Analytics – Data Driven Decision Making in HR to Enable Business Success‘ which will be held on three consecutive weekends from August 28, 2021.

Program Duration: 12 hours (sessions on weekends – 2 hours per day)

Learning Format: Online  Bootcamp

This course is designed to provide insight into how data will facilitate sophisticated analysis pertaining to Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Evaluation, Training & Development, Work Design, Engagement, Total Rewards & Succession Planning. The course is introductory and helps prepare the participants to conduct data analysis on people aspects of an organization.
