Bio

Dr. Ajit Debnath is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Haridwar Campus. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JIST, Dibrugarh University, an M.Tech. in Microelectronics from IIIT Allahabad, and a Ph.D. in Electronics from IIIT Allahabad. His research expertise lies in VLSI design, emerging memory technologies, ferroelectric and high-k dielectric materials, SRAM, and low-power VLSI circuits. His research encompasses device modelling, circuit design, fabrication, and experimental characterization of advanced semiconductor devices. He has 14 research publications, including 10 journal and 4 conference papers, and has presented his work at international forums. His future research focuses on developing energy-efficient VLSI and next-generation non-volatile memory technologies.
