Dr. Ajith. A currently serves as  Associate Professor in the department of Roganidana, Amrita School of Ayurveda. He pursued his B.A.M.S from Pankajakasthuri Ayurveda Medical College and MD in Roganidana from Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara college of Ayurveda Hassan. Dr. Ajith. A has over 7 years of UG teaching experience. He has presented papers in national and International seminars, attended various workshops, CME’s. He was working as Associate professor and HOD at Sree Narayana institute of Ayurvedic studies and Research puthur Kollam and joined Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham on March 2024.

  • MD Dissertation: Invitro study of Gokshura and Varuna against Escherichia coli by urine culture and sensitivity wsr to pittaja mutrakrichra (Urinary Tract Infection).
  • Research Experience: A study on the efficacy of fumigation (Dhupana) with Ayurvedic drugs compared to Formaldehyde. Phase one showed antibacterial activity through air sampling and swab collection.

  • Participated in training program of standardized prakriti assessment scale and Ayur prakriti web portal imparted by CCRAS organised by Amrita School of Ayurveda on 2nd to 3rd December 2024.
  • Participated in one month online program in GOOD CLINICAL PRACTICE IN AYURVEDIC MEDICINE by AIIA Newdelhi, Institute of applied statistics kanpur and CCRAS Newdelhi organised by Maharshi charak Ayurveda Research and Development scheme Organised from 1st April to 1st May 2025.
