Bio

Dr. Durgalakshmi S. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Roga Nidana, with the additional responsibility of Seminar Coordinator for the Postgraduate programmes. She previously served as a Clinical Registrar in the Departments of Kaumara Bhritya and Shareera Kriya at the same institution from 2007 to 2012.
She has approximately two years of clinical practice experience as a Medical Officer at Sree Sankara Ayurveda Hospital, Changanacherry; Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Agency, Pathanamthitta; and Vasudeva Vilasom Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram. She possesses ten years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and two years at the postgraduate level.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Ayurveda at the Amrita School of Ayurveda, Kollam.
