Bio

Hariharan M currently serves as Assistant Professor (On Contract) in the Department of Science and Humanities, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai Campus. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D., with a multidisciplinary research focus that spans psycholinguistics, literature, sociology, and biolinguistics.

The research engages with the intersections of language, cognition, culture, and society, aiming to explore how linguistic structures both shape and are shaped by human thought, social contexts, and literary expression. With a strong interest in interdisciplinary inquiry, the work integrates perspectives from the humanities and social sciences to develop a more comprehensive understanding of language and its role in human experience. He holds a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Language and Literature from NIT Trichy.
