Bio

Dr. J. Uma is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Sr.Grd) in School of Computing at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. She obtained her Ph.D from Anna University Chennai during the year 2023. Her area of research includes Cloud Computing, Machine Learning Algorithms and Blockchain Technologies. She completed her M.E CSE under Karpagam University and B.Tech Information Technology in Park College of Engineering and Technology under Anna University, Chennai. She has around 14 years of experience in the field of Teaching, Learning and Research. To her credit she has publications of research articles in reputed journals. She has conducted various funded Programs/Seminars/FDP’s sponsored by AICTE and other funding agencies. Dr.Uma has also been a chair for various International / National Conferences and acted as resource person in many FDPs and gave many seminars in the Colleges around Coimbatore. She is an active reviewer of several International Journals/Conferences. She also the supervised many Projects for both UG and PG Programs
