Dr. Priya K S currently serves as a Assistant Professor on Contract in the Department of English at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Nagercoil Campus, Tamil Nadu, India. She holds an M.A. and M.Phil. in English Literature from M.S. University, Tirunelveli, and an M.Sc. in Psychology. She is on the verge of completing her Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, focusing on enhancing technical communication skills among engineering students to support their professional growth.

She holds a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, with research focused on enhancing technical communication skills among engineering students to support their professional growth

Her areas of interest also include innovative teaching practices using ICT technologies, and she is a certified trainer for Cambridge English Language Assessment, particularly for the BEC (Business English Certificate) programs. She has contributed to various programs for All India Radio, Nagercoil, and is a regular host of the segment “Ainthe nimidathil Angilam” (English in five minutes).
