Sajiv drives the Business Excellence initiatives and Business Responsibility reporting at Tata Elxsi. He has an overall industry experience of over 25 years. He is a mechanical engineer and did his EGMP from IIM, Bangalore. Prior to Tata Elxsi, he has worked with KPMG, as the regional head of their QR practice. At KPMG, as a team leader he has assessed several organizations (IT / manufacturing / services) towards ISO 9001 /QS 9000 standards. He is a certified six sigma black belt from ASQ. He is an enthusiast of Tata Business Excellence Model that enables organizational sustainability. His interests are in institution building and corporate governance.
He is currently pursuing his Ph. D. at Amrita School of Business, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. His field of study is about entrepreneurship in the Indian IT Industry.
