Dr. Saleem Naik is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at the School of Medicine, Faridabad. He brings over two decades of surgical experience with specialised expertise in gastrointestinal oncology, bariatric surgery, hepatopancreaticobiliary (HPB) surgery, and complex biliary reconstruction.
Dr. Naik has held key clinical and leadership roles in major tertiary-care centres and liver transplant units across the country. He has contributed to multiple national and international clinical trials focusing on HPB surgery, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and postoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders.
He has been involved in pioneering clinical work, including the use of radiofrequency-assisted liver resection and ablative therapies for locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Dr. Naik has more than 30 indexed publications, numerous conference presentations, and serves as a peer reviewer for several international medical journals.
