Job description	The successful candidate will conduct advanced research in 2D material-based memristive devices and neuromorphic hardware. The role involves device fabrication and electrical/material characterization, modeling of memristive devices and crossbar arrays, and the development of neuromorphic computing architectures for wearable healthcare and edge AI applications. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of energy-efficient neuromorphic hardware for wearable healthcare systems and edge AI, while actively engaging in high-quality research, publications, patents, and student mentoring.
