Job description

  • The candidate should have outstanding academic and research tracks

  • Ability to offer elective courses under IKS

  • Teaching curated courses to the students with a vision to develop rootedness in Indian Culture and Tradition.

  • Offering elective courses related to Indian Knowledge Systems.

  • Undertaking research in terms of publications and projects.

  • Participating in the institution’s endeavours to promote Indian Knowledge Systems and Indian Culture among students and society.

  • Co-curricular and administrative work.
Skills Required

  • Ph.D. and PG in Sanskrit or allied studies

  • Proficiency in the Sanskrit Language is important.

  • Preferably, UGC NET in the relevant domain of PG or Ph.D.

  • Sound knowledge of Indian Knowledge Systems is essential.

  • Having a good command of English is mandatory.

  • Publications in Scopus-indexed / peer-reviewed Journals.
