Role Responsibilities:

• Community outreach and stakeholder engagement


• Field visits, coordination, and data/documentation support


• Facilitating communication between project teams and local communities


• Supporting the implementation of programme activities in the field

• Willingness to travel extensively within Keralam and other states


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to engage effectively with communities, local stakeholders, and field partners


• Basic documentation and reporting skills


• Ability to communicate in Malayalam and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage)


• Basic technical skills in electrical work, plumbing, and electronics related to water systems and field installations


• Familiarity with ICT tools and software for data entry, reporting, and communication


• Male candidates preferred

• Strong interest in field-based community work


• Willingness to learn and adapt in diverse environments


• Commitment to social development and meaningful societal contribution


• Motivation to contribute to the mission and values of Amrita University


• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
