Job Description	Strong interpersonal and counseling skills Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam Prior experience in student welfare, counseling, hostel administration, or residential care is preferred Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of hostel residents Provide emotional support and guidance to students Maintain discipline and a positive living environment Address student concerns and coordinate with university authorities when required Monitor hostel operations and ensure adherence to hostel regulations Attend to emergency situations and provide appropriate support
