Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or a closely related technical discipline:

• Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science or Information Technology
• Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science
• Engineering or Technology

Candidates with a different academic background may be considered only if they possess strong and demonstrable professional experience in technical STEM education, including areas such as Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or hands-on STEM facilitation.

• Technical & Professional Competencies Candidates should have: Knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Computer Science, Design Thinking, or related STEM areas.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot STEM kits, hardware, software, and electronic components.
• Enthusiasm for STEM education and hands-on learning.


• Ability to teach and mentor students with effective classroom management.
• Clear, age-appropriate communication and good teamwork, organisation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in STEM teaching, technical training, school education, or working with children is preferred.

• Deliver hands-on STEM sessions aligned with the 2nd Foundation curriculum.
• Conduct experiments, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving activities
• Prepare, manage, and troubleshoot STEM labs, kits, materials, and software.
• Monitor student engagement, learning, and progress.
• Mentor students for exhibitions, competitions, demonstrations, and innovation projects.
• Coordinate with schools, teachers, and academic, technical, and operations teams.
• Maintain session records, feedback, inventory, and field documentation.
• Participate in training, reviews, assessments, and professional development.

• Ability to conduct multiple sessions, handle STEM equipment, relocate to assigned schools, and travel within India as required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the central team.
