The hospital attached to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s School of Ayurveda has received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH), recognising the high standards maintained by the institution in patient care and healthcare delivery.
The accreditation was awarded following an assessment of the hospital’s quality of Ayurvedic treatment, patient-safety practices, modern facilities and systems, and its delivery of safe and reliable care. It also recognises the institution’s efforts to provide traditional Ayurvedic treatments in accordance with established quality standards.
Swami Sankaramritananda Puri, Medical Director and Dean, said the accreditation would encourage the hospital to continue providing quality healthcare services with greater responsibility and credibility. He also thanked all those who had placed their trust in and supported the institution.
