As part of collaborative quality initiatives and outreach program of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham with other higher educational institutions, Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Vice-Chairman-IQAC, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus trained 125+ faculty of Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Coimbatore for a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on IQAC on 24 January 2024. Dr. Lakshmanan M, Dean-IQAC, welcomed the gathering, and Dr. R.K. Suresh, Dean-Teaching & Learning of Sri Eshwar College, proposed the vote of thanks for the FDP. Dr. Prashant provided an overview of IQAC and also showcased various best practices of AMRITA, such as the Department Academic Advisory Committee (DAAC) for Outcome-Based Education (OBE), Publication coordinator, and systematic record-keeping system for the FDP.
