Dehusker – Coconut Dehusking Machine

The Dehuskar is a mechanized coconut dehusking machine designed to enhance efficiency, safety, and ease of operation in coconut processing. It employs a motor-driven roller mechanism that grips and removes the husk quickly and effectively, significantly reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of injuries associated with traditional dehusking methods. The system is constructed with a robust mechanical structure and integrates controlled motor operation to ensure smooth, stable, and consistent performance during operation. Power is transmitted through a well-designed mechanism that delivers adequate torque for handling coconuts of varying sizes and hardness. Developed with a focus on practical usability, the Dehuskar is well-suited for rural communities, small-scale processing units, and cooperative environments. It enables higher productivity, reduces physical strain on workers, and improves overall processing efficiency. By offering a reliable and user-friendly solution, the Dehuskar supports sustainable agricultural practices and contributes to faster, safer, and more consistent coconut processing operations.
