Modeling the Effects of Decreased Level of GABA and Accumulation of GHB on GABA Receptors and its Effect on Pediatric/ Neonatal Seizures

The receptor sites of the GABAA, GABAB and GHB receptors have been identified and the interactional analysis have been carried out using GABA and GHB molecules. The rate of interaction, mode of interaction the site of interaction and the way of interaction have been identified.
