Abstract : This paper proposes a BPSK modulator using a branchline coupler and phase shifter at 2 GHz. BPSK modulator designed is compact and provides an excellent 3dB coupling and there is a 180 degree phase difference between the output signals as desired for a BPSK modulation technique. © Research India Publications.
