Abstract : In this paper, we propose a hardware Trojan detection method based in which both thecombinational Trojan and Sequential Trojan are detected using 90nm technology by decomposingthe design into blocks. By comparing the Leakage and Total power values consumed by both thedesign with and without the presence of the Hardware Trojans we can identify the presence of thehardware Trojans. If the measurement noise gets high it masks or hides the Trojan which leads to awrong decision. So by taking the measurement noise under consideration we classify those powervalues by using PCA approach
