Abstract : In this paper, we will explain the creation and implementation of the Fruit Quality Detector which classifies and assess different fruits according to categories such as ratio, colour, and degree of maturation. With machine-learning algorithms, computer-vision technologies and IoT connect, the system presents an automatic and efficient way to analyse fruit quality in either retail store or agricultural field. The standardized and increased quality fruits in turn enhances the overall customer experience with the implementation of the Fruit Quality Detector.
